Short description of the tour.
The Svartälven trip named after the Svartälven (Black River) in eastern Värmland province takes you through a beautiful nature area. The trip across slow-flowing rivers and elongated lakes runs through a remote area without campsites. So you spend the night in the wild. A trip on this river is an ideal mix of tranquillity and adventure.
There are several land crossings with a maximum length of 600 metres. The trip consists of two sections, each about 50 kilometres long, which can be combined to make a 100-kilometre trip. When you combine the two, you have to make a land passage of about 5.5 kilometres through Hällefors. Here you can also do your shopping for the second part of the trip.
On the Svartälven you need a nature card. The proceeds from this nature card are used to build and maintain shelters, fire places and toilet facilities along the river. This card can be bought at the campsite.
The transfers to and from the outdoor centre Moose Adventure and Outdoor are included in the price.
